What we’re about
A small, respecting and friendly group for women aged 40-60 embracing the empty nest phase or enjoy a more independent life. We will enjoy exploring new, non-alcohol-related activities at a relaxed, learning - beginner to medium level— trying things out like snorkelling, easy bike riding, easy walks, visiting locations and events in around Perth, potential tent camping, movies, and other interests in the community. At a time in life to improve health and wellbeing through gentle outdoor activities and social connection. Hopefully make genuine friendships, have some fun, and adventure one day at a time.with the freedom to join in based on interest and availability.
