Roasted vegetable hush puppies, mango chutney
First course: Watermelon-citrus salad
Compressed watermelon, mint, orange and grapefruit segments, cucumber ribbons, red oak lettuce, blackberry vinaigrette
Entrée: BBQ chicken
Bringing back a classic, roasted seiten bbq chicken, apple bbq sauce, butternut squash and violife mac-n-cheese casserole, brussel sprout cabbage slaw
Dessert: Peach Cobbler
