Pre-set on tables:
Plantain chipsaccompanied by fresh pico de gallo and guacamole

First Course:
Empanada’s
Roasted black beanand sweet filling, grated cauliflower, sweet corn puree, roasted red peppercoulis, cilantro oil

Entrée:
Chorizo Tofu Picadita’s
Thick and crispy masa tortilla, refried red beans, violife cheese, avocado crema, chorizo seasoned tofu, shaved cabbage, pickled onions, yellow rice, radish and cucumber salad

Dessert:
Plant Based Fried icecream
Coconut almond fudgeice cream, cinnamon cereal crust, whipped coconut, fresh mint, churro shell

$28 per person plus gratuity, includes drink
