We are doing Yoga in the morning before going to work. A great day starts from how we start our morning.

In 90 minutes, we will do the following

Morning Yoga set to start a day with energy/peace/presence 😄

1. Silent sit and a bit of chanting to still the mind
2. Streach and Yoga Asana (poses) to open our bodies (Nadies)
3. Breath excise to circulate energy and calm our mind
4. A short meditation to go deep within
5. Shavasana with a bit of Tibetian singing bowl sound healing.

Place :
Sunny and warm : Yoyogi Park (in the case of sunny weather)
Rainy and cold : rental studio close to Shibuya Station

Time : 7:30 - 9:00am

Who to come : anyone is welcome.

Price : This is donation base (especially please feel free for the 1st time) and after 2nd time if possible appreacite you can donate 500 or 1,000 JPY to keep it running.

About myself :
Working in a start up in Tokyo, Yoga practitioner with RYT200 from Japan and Pranayama (breath excise) certificate from Rishikesh, India. Other than this, I did Vipasana 10 day retreat in Japan, 10 day tibetian buddist course in India, and 2 weeks spent in Ramana Maharshi Ashram etc.

I am super passionate about living city life with mindfulness and Yoga as it has been very helpful for myself improving my work performance, relationship with others, and mental stability. That being said, on top of my main work, I am now enjoying to share mindfulness activities like Yoga, meditation etc with others interested in fulfilling both material and spiritual needs in cities.

There are regular people who come to the class and so you will see at least some people there.
