Join our weekly evening meditation in a peaceful community space near Harajuku — a quiet pause in the middle of Tokyo. We are an international group, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Everyone is welcome.

🧘‍♀️ About the Meditation Club
Think of this as a Meditation Club — similar to a running club.
Just as runners train for physical well-being, we meet regularly to cultivate mental clarity, presence, and inner stillness.
Meditation grows through consistency and shared practice. Sitting together in silence often makes it easier to relax, learn naturally from each other, and deepen awareness.
We occasionally explore practical or scientific perspectives on meditation (such as EEG brainwave tracking), but the main focus is simply being present together.

✨ Weekly Schedule (19:00 – 21:00)
19:00 — Arrival & welcome
19:00 – 19:15 — Introduction and gentle stretching
19:15 – 19:30 — Preparation practice
(Breathwork / pranayama, chanting, walking meditation, or simple awareness exercises depending on the week)
19:30 – 20:30 — Silent meditation
(25 minutes × 2 sessions with a short break)
20:30 – 21:00 — Optional sharing & Indian herbal tea

Free to join.
We rent the community space (400 JPY per room), so regular participants are welcome to help share the cost if they wish.

🧭 About Meditation Style
There is no fixed method. You are welcome to practice in your own way:
• Zen
• Vipassana
• Self-inquiry
• Breath awareness
• or simply sitting quietly
If you are new, we are happy to suggest simple techniques such as breath counting.
