## About us

a small gathering of women on the eve of the july full moon.

we'll begin with breath and meditation to arrive. to land in the room. to stop carrying whatever we walked in with.
then we'll move into celtic shamanic practice. the stuff that was here long before anyone told us how to be spiritual.

july's full moon falls just before lughnasadh, the celtic first harvest. it's a time of gathering what's grown, noticing what's ripened, and sitting with gratitude for what the land and the year have offered so far. we'll honour that.

the evening will include:
⭐️ guided breathing to open and ground.
🔥 fire ceremony with intention setting and release.
🌿 herb work. learning which plants are at
their peak and how celtic women used them.
🌕 moon gazing and guided meditation under the full moon
🫶🏻 sharing circle. no pressure to speak. just space to be witnessed
⚪️ closing ritual to mark the threshold before lughnasadh

this circle is rooted in celtic and welsh tradition. it's not performative. it's not about costumes or crystals. it's about reconnecting with practices that belong to this land and to the women who walked it before us.

no experience needed. you don't need to know anything about breathwork, celtic tradition, or women's circles.

just come as you are.
