This beginner-friendly community breathwork session introduces simple techniques that help calm the nervous system, improve focus, and support emotional regulation in everyday life.

Participants will learn practical breathing tools they can use during stress, transitions, difficult conversations, or moments of overwhelm. These techniques are gentle, accessible, and appropriate for anyone interested in building more stability and awareness in their daily experience.

No prior experience with breathwork is needed. Participants are welcome to sit in chairs or on the floor if they prefer.

This session is part of an ongoing effort to make emotional regulation tools more accessible throughout the Grand Rapids community.
