## 🌊 Higher Love: A Weekly Gathering for Connection, Healing & Play

We are living in a time where community, connection and honest expression are more essential than ever.
Higher Love is a weekly space to come as you are — messy, joyful, tender, burnt out, curious, whatever’s real — and be held in a nourishing circle of humans. It’s a space to feel, share, move, and reconnect with your body, your heart, and others.
Each session includes:
✨ A non-judgemental sharing circle — be witnessed, held, and heard
🧘 A guided meditation to ground and soften
💃 Conscious movement, dance and playful expression
🤲 Optional non-sexual touch (e.g., consensual hand or shoulder massage)
🌊 A refreshing sea swim (for those who fancy it)
🥗 Shared food, warm tea, and gentle conversation to close
This is a space for all genders, all bodies, all backgrounds, rooted in care, consent, and respect. Nothing is compulsory — all parts of the evening are optional and you’re invited to take what you need.
Come to laugh, cry, stretch, breathe, swim, snack, and remember you’re not alone.
Bring:

• A blanket or towel
• Swimwear (if you'd like to join the dip)
• Food or drink to share (if you can — not essential)
• An open heart
