Hanfu at the Chinese Garden

Welcome to the Hanfu and Qipao Society!

For our first meeting we will be gathering at the beautiful Chinese Garden of Friendship in Darling Harbour. Any kind of hanfu or qipao is acceptable, Tang, Song or Qing, you can embrace your favorite era. A tour guide from the Chinese Garden will take us on a private tour of the beautiful location. We can also take some amazing photos together and afterwards share matcha lattes at Matcha-Ya in Darling Square.

I am planning one meetup per month. Future activities include Chinese calligraphy class, Chinese tea ceremony and tasting classes, and more! I have spoken to some experts and they are looking forward to hosting us this year.

Wearing qipao or hanfu is required - if you do not have one please contact me. As this is the first Society catch up, we can make an exception, as tou many not own a hanfu yet. Strictly no fairy/fantasy/random costumes allowed.
