Every knot of suppressed emotion — whether it be resentment, grief, confusion, fatigue, or guilt — holds a doorway into your vast inner cosmos.
Yet, in today’s world, we are taught to silence these sacred messengers.
We numb them, hide them, label them as weakness.
But in truth, these emotions are sacred invitations — portals to awakening.
