Wake Up Dublin is a community of mindfulness practitioners inspired by the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village tradition. For over almost a decade, we’ve been gathering to cultivate peace, presence, and compassion together — one breath at a time.
Our regular Sangha Night takes place every Sunday at 6:30 pm at the Oscailt Integrative Health Centre, where we share guided meditation, mindful movement, deep listening, and Dharma-inspired reflections. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, you’re warmly welcome to join our friendly and inclusive community.
