### πΏ What to Expect at Wake Up Dublin β Sangha Night
Our weekly Sangha Night is a gentle and supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and others through mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
Each evening includes:
πͺ· Guided Sitting Meditation β arriving fully in the present moment
πΆββοΈ Mindful Walking β cultivating awareness with each step
π¬ Dharma Sharing β heartfelt sharing and deep listening in small groups
πΏ Readings or Reflections β exploring the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and contemporary mindfulness practice

- 6:30 pm β Welcome and guided sitting meditation
- 6:50 pm β Mindful walking
- 7:00 pm β Reading, reflection, or short talk
- 7:30 pm β Dharma sharing (group sharing and listening)
- 8:15 pm β Closing meditation and announcements

- Comfortable clothing for sitting and gentle walking
- An open heart and a quiet curiosity
- Cushions and mats (or chairs if your prefer) are provided

### π How to Find Us
We meet every Sunday at 6:30 pm at the Oscailt Integrative Health Centre, 8 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4.
When you arrive, walk straight down the hall, and take a left down the stairs. We are at the bottom, directly across from the stair landing. Please come a few minutes early to settle in β we begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
