### 🌿 What to Expect at Wake Up Dublin – Sangha Night

Our weekly Sangha Night is a gentle and supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and others through mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
Each evening includes:
πŸͺ· Guided Sitting Meditation – arriving fully in the present moment
πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Mindful Walking – cultivating awareness with each step
πŸ’¬ Dharma Sharing – heartfelt sharing and deep listening in small groups
πŸ“Ώ Readings or Reflections – exploring the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and contemporary mindfulness practice

  • 6:30 pm – Welcome and guided sitting meditation
  • 6:50 pm – Mindful walking
  • 7:00 pm – Reading, reflection, or short talk
  • 7:30 pm – Dharma sharing (group sharing and listening)
  • 8:15 pm – Closing meditation and announcements

  • Comfortable clothing for sitting and gentle walking
  • An open heart and a quiet curiosity
  • Cushions and mats (or chairs if your prefer) are provided

We meet every Sunday at 6:30 pm at the Oscailt Integrative Health Centre, 8 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4.
When you arrive, walk straight down the hall, and take a left down the stairs. We are at the bottom, directly across from the stair landing. Please come a few minutes early to settle in β€” we begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
