About us
We’re a relaxed, welcoming group of readers who want to get together, talk about interesting books, and meet other people who genuinely enjoy reading. Our selections will wander across genres—literary fiction, historical fiction, classics, mysteries, nonfiction, the strange and unusual, and whatever else looks too good to leave on the shelf.
You don’t need an English degree, a perfectly annotated copy, or a brilliant literary analysis to join us. Come because you loved the book. Come because you hated it and need to tell somebody why. Come because you only made it halfway through but still want coffee and conversation. Just come ready to talk, listen, laugh, and meet some fellow readers.
We’ll meet at local libraries, local coffee shops and other cozy spots around the St. Augustine area. The goal is simple: read interesting things, have lively conversations, and build a community of people who enjoy books and each other.
