Hangout at Burke Lake Park

We will meet at Burke Lake Park for a day of fun. We plan to meet at the volleyball court area first and play some games. We will bring frisbees, kickballs, and volleyballs. We will provide some drinks such as water and Gatorade, but recommend that you also bring your own. You are welcome to bring your own outdoor games, as well as your own snacks. Depending on what the group is interested in doing, we might hike near the lake, play mini golf, or play a more organized game at the volleyball courts. Anyone is free to arrive late or leave early. We might have some lawn chairs but recommend you bring a chair or blanket just in case. There is sometimes a $12 fee to enter Burke Lake Park, but you can enter free as a Fairfax resident.

The plan is currently to meet first in the FIELD NEXT TO THE VOLLEYBALL COURTS OR AT THE ACTUAL VOLLEYBALL COURTS. Follow the signs that guide you to the volleyball area. (Go straight and then right after entering the park. You can park at Shelter A and then continue down the road to reach the courts. Also, I will post our location in the event description on the day of the event).
