Details
Functional Training focuses on natural movements like squatting, pushing, pulling, core control to improve strength, balance and mobility for everyday life.
In this class, we train in small groups using workouts, combining strength, cardio and stability exercises. Each session is coached with proper form guidance and can be adjusted for all fitness levels.
