Rooted Summer Saturday Rituals a Rusty Hinges Ranch is designed to bring community together—in the open air, on the land, and around good food.

Join me this Saturday for Awaken Yoga. After class, wander the farm and market, sip something cold, and linger in community. While I am here to offer a sequence of poses, this practice is yours to give your mind and body what it needs. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need (strap, block, bolster, blanket) and arrive a few minutes early to get situated.
