Join me for 75 minutes of nourishing de-stress yoga by candlelight in the Brooklyn Ballroom (upstairs) at Hotel Petaluma. Please bring your own mat and any props you might need (block, strap, bolster strap, blanket), and arrive a few minutes early to get situated.

All levels welcome!
