This is a beginner-level class, perfect for those new to Yoga, or those returning to Yoga after a break or looking to renew their practice. We practice and teach Integral Yoga, which is based on Hatha Yoga and includes postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, and other aspects of Yoga.
You are welcome to join our group and experience first-hand the benefits and transformative power of this age-old science, as you get healthier, reduce stress, and experience a sense of peace and well-being.
No prior yoga experience is required. This class is not suitable for pregnant women.
Fee is $12 per class, and prior registration is recommended. 50% discount for additional family members, veterans & military. Contact the organizer for details regarding pre-requisites and registration.
