"When we have a solid relationship with ourselves, we can confidently go after the life we desire. The opinions, and judgments of other people become irrelevant. Life opens up in ways we haven't even imagined possible. New people and opportunities present themselves. Magic unfolds."
CYWY events are free and accessible via Zoom. Opportunities include yoga, Intentional Living Circles, Empowered Living Chats, a book study, a Relationship Support Group, and a "Good" Grief Support Group.
CYWY also has many recorded events that you can view on Connecting You with Your Self - YouTube
CYWY has two Facebook groups

"The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself. All other relationships will be reflected by it. You can't have a healthy relationship with anyone else until you have a successful relationship with yourself."
See you on Zoom!

Presenter: Michelle McDonald, www.originsenneagram.comYour Enneagram Type explains why you move through the world the way you do—but your instinct explains what your attention naturally scans for first. In this interactive conversation, we'll explore how the three instinctual drives—Self-Preservation, Social, and One-to-One—shape what feels urgent, influence our relationships, and direct our energy.
Through teaching, discussion, and reflection, you'll learn how understanding your instincts can expand your awareness, soften automatic patterns, and create more balance, flexibility, and choice in everyday life.
The goal isn't to change your instinct. It's about noticing where your attention naturally goes and gently widening your field of vision, creating more balance, flexibility, and choice in the way you live, lead, and relate to others.
Arrive at 6:00 PM to purchase your dinner, and spend time meeting other Enneagram enthusiasts and entrepreneurs. There is space for sharing members' marketing materials.
Meeting starts at 6:30 PM. Each person is given time to introduce themselves and answer a question related to the evening's presentation topic. IEA updates are shared, followed by the 1-hour presentation. We conclude by 8:00 PM.

From Awareness to Transformation (Intentional Living Circle)
·OnlineOnlineWhat if growth didn't require fighting with yourself? The 5 A's offer a practical and compassionate approach for creating more awareness and opening the door to lasting change.
Description:
Even when we know we want to do things differently, it’s hard! It’s often not easy to go from knowing better to doing better. How do we move from understanding our patterns to actually working with them in a way that supports growth?
In this Intentional Living Circle, we will explore the 5 A's, a powerful framework developed by the late Dr. David Daniels, one of the most influential teachers in the Enneagram tradition. This approach offers a practical path for becoming more aware of our patterns, relating to them with greater openness, and creating the conditions for meaningful change.
Rather than trying to force ourselves to be different, the 5 A's invite us into a process of observation, curiosity, acceptance, and conscious practice. Through reflection and discussion, you will have an opportunity to apply this framework to your own life and discover how it can support greater freedom, presence, and healthy expression.
Facilitator: Sophia Carmien is an Enneagram teacher and guide who helps people reconnect with their deeper selves by bringing awareness to inner patterns and expanding what’s possible. After experiencing a profound transformation through her own work with the Enneagram, she now shares this tool of ancient wisdom with others. Through teaching, workshops, and one-on-one work, she supports the shift from habitual reactivity to a life of freedom and empowered authenticity. Connect at www.essentialwholeness.life.
