Learn to recognize the “wake-up call” of your Enneagram type, early signs you may be slipping into less healthy patterns, and how to respond with greater awareness and care.

Description:
Each personality type possesses within them wonderful strengths and gifts, but sometimes the same traits show up less healthy ways that take us off course and cause more harm than good. Often, the shift happens gradually, through subtle changes in our thoughts, emotions, and behavior that we may not immediately recognize.

To get us back on track, we can learn to watch for early indicators known as wake-up calls. They are signals that we may be moving into more reactive or automatic patterns and that it may be time to pause and reassess or that we need to tend to ourselves so we can show up in better ways.

In this Intentional Living Circle, we will explore the wake-up calls for each of the nine Enneagram types and how they show up in everyday life. You will learn how to recognize your own signals earlier, understand what they are pointing to, and identify supportive ways to respond so you can return to a more grounded and healthy expression of your type.

You will be invited to reflect on your own patterns and consider practical ways to work with these moments of awareness, helping you show up as the best version of you.
