You are invited to the Enneagram Colorado IEA in-person monthly members' meeting on Wednesday, May 6th, in Arvada.

We focus on connections, building community, networking, and learning from one another. Each meeting features an hour-long presentation on an aspect of the Enneagram teachings.

This Month's Presentation: "Essential Reconciliation" (updated 4/29/26) with Calley Piland Welborn
Presentation Description:
How can we experience reconciliation, repair, or renewal when such opposing forces exist in the world?
When such conflicting forces exist within ourselves??
Join us to discover the harmonizing wisdom and unifying power of your Essential Self.
Guided by foundational Enneagram wisdom rooted in Gurdjieff's The Fourth Way, together, we will:

  • Explore Essence: What remains beyond everything that falls away? How does that generate harmony?
  • Examine Paradox: What opposing forces cause tension - within you and in your relationships? How might that opposition expand into possibility?
  • Practice Integration: What emerges when ALL of you is included and allowed to flow together?

Participating in this workshop will empower you to:

  • Become aware of what keeps you stuck - and access what uniquely sets YOU free
  • Compassionately honor and include the diverse wisdom that already exists within you
  • Navigate everyday conflict - within yourself, at work, at home, and in community - grounded in presence, balance, and intention

Reconciliation isn't something you force. It's the generative force you already are when you choose to live fully and freely as your Essential Self.

Calley Welborn is an Enneagram Guide and Integration Facilitator. As the Founder of Undercurrent Enneagram Consulting, she empowers individuals and organizations to expand perspective, deepen compassionate awareness, and cultivate the experiential practice of integration so they can emerge beyond the surface of perceived limitations and thrive in the generative ease and boundaryless freedom of their Essential nature.

Each attendee is given time to briefly introduce themselves and answer a question related to the evening's presentation topic. IEA updates are shared. We conclude by 8:00 PM.
