At Bricole, we will experience a modern tasting menu that blends classic European fine dining with subtle Asian influences.

The kitchen focuses on seasonal, high-quality ingredients, combining precise technique with delicate fermentation, umami elements, and Nordic clarity.

Expect a carefully composed progression of dishes, from refined seafood and vegetable courses to rich, expressive meat and dessert plates, each built around balance, texture, and depth of flavour rather than complexity for its own sake.

The result is a contemporary fine dining experience that feels creative, but still rooted in clarity and product quality.

We will meet as a small group to enjoy a carefully selected dinner at one of Berlin’s most creative and refined kitchens.

As always, the group is intentionally small to keep the evening relaxed, conversational, and high-quality.

Each guest covers their own expenses.

Please check the menu in advance to make sure you are comfortable with it. Expect around 120–200€ per person, depending on drinks.

You can sign up until Saturday, as long as we have enough participants. I will make the reservation on Saturday, 25.04. evening.The event depends on restaurant availability and will only take place once the reservation is confirmed.
