The Feminine Flow Circle — Event 2
Sunday, July 12 • 7:00pm ET • Free • Online (Zoom link sent after RSVP)

You're not "too sensitive." You're not "being dramatic." You're in your luteal phase.

For most women, the week before our period is the hardest week of the month, and we've been told for decades that it's just PMS, that we should push through, or that the emotions and exhaustion aren't real. They are. There's a specific hormonal shift happening, and once you understand it, the whole week starts to make sense.

This month at The Feminine Flow Circle, we're going deep on the week of the cycle no one really talks about — and the one that affects daily life the most.

This month we'll explore:
🌿 What's actually happening hormonally during the luteal phase
🌿 Why mood, sleep, focus, food cravings, and energy all shift in this specific week
🌿 What helps (and what doesn't) with food and exercise tips

Format: 60 minutes. Short teaching, small-group conversations, and full-group share. Returning members and first-timers both welcome.

Bring: Tea, a notebook, and any luteal-phase questions you've never said out loud.

See you Sunday.
— Priyanka, founder of The Feminine Flow
