Meal prepping alone is fine. Meal prepping with four other women, mocktails in hand, on a slow Sunday morning? Way better.

The Kitchen Circle is a small Sunday gathering for 5 women who want to cook real food, drink something pretty, and actually enjoy the thing most of us dread doing alone. We chop, we cook, we sip, we talk. By 1:30 you head home with three days of lunches — and ideally a few new friends in your phone.

Every menu is built around hormone-supportive meals made with organic, seasonal ingredients — the kind of food that genuinely makes you feel good all month long. Somewhere in the middle of cooking, we'll talk about cycle syncing and eating for your cycle phases: what it actually means, what it doesn't, and how to use food to support how you feel each week.

The morning: 11:00 arrive + welcome mocktail • 11:30 we cook • 1:00 sit, eat a little, pack the rest • 1:30 head home

🌿 Vegetarians welcome! I create the menu for both meat and non-meat eaters.
🌿 I take photos and short video clips for socials — if you'd rather not be in any of it, just let me know when you arrive.
