Third Sat. Contra Dance

This is a no-official-host dance to live music at the Fulton Community Center, 68 SW Miles Street in Portland. All are welcome.

Music tonight from the powerhouse duo, Countercurrent (Brian Lindsay and Alex Sturbaum) with calling from Michael Karcher, in town for his appearance at Cascade Contras dance weekend. Lesson for newcomers at 7 pm, dancing from 7:30 to 10:30 with a short break halfway through.

Bring water, clothing appropriate for indoor aerobic activity and smooth-soled shoes for dancing. Please do not wear scented products to the dance.

Cost: suggested entry of $15 helps us break even; sliding scale is available. Cash, check or card.
