Teachers! We need to talk!
There are so many things going on in education right now:

• teaching during a pandemic
• struggles with worsening student behavior
• the Great Resignation
• staff shortages
• lack of resources

just to name a few.
I'm a retired teacher (20+ years in public schools teaching music at all grade levels), and now a life coach, supporting our teaching community.
