Beer battered patties, cheddar, green chili/bacon/vodka cream sauce, lettuce, whiskey pickled jalapenos

Cinco Diablo

1/4 lb beef, beer battered chili, red chili pesto, chipotle bacon, tequilla spiked serrano, avocado, jalapeno ranch

The Fritter

2 patties, green chili/ corn muffin fritter, blueberry/habanero preserves, bacon fat guacamole, green chili, cumin ranch, cilantro
