Hatha Yoga is known as the most traditional form of Yoga.
This ancient discipline is not only concerned with the physical results but embraces all aspects of your human nature : physical, mental and spiritual aspects.
The practice of Hatha Yoga will increase your control over your vital energies, your breathe, your senses and your mind ; leading to letting go of the ego, and self-realisation.
This 60min long session includes:
- Breathing exercises: consciously warming up the respiratory system to prepare the practice
- Warning up of the body: this practice will prepare your central nervous system, major muscles and joints
- Practice of Asanas
- Final relaxation
This class is the Gentle version of the classical Hatha Yoga class.
This class is open to all levels & taught in English.
This class (Hatha 60min) is a set sequence.
What to bring:
- yoga mat
- bottle of water
- comfortable clothing
This class is based on a 5euros fee or on donations.
In case of rain announced by Buienradar, the class will be cancelled, refunded and rescheduled in the next days.
