Python Programming from Zero 3 - Numbers & Math

7 hours, and you can call yourself a "Python coder"!

This is a beginner level course, consisting of 7 classes. Anyone with no or minimum Python or Programming knowledge and like to start to learn Python coding, is suitable for joining this course. Or if you just want to simply restart from the scratch, you are welcome too. Or you can selectively pick the classes with topics you are interested in to attend.

Preferably, you should have Python installed in your computer before the first class, but if not, it is fine too:)

What is Python, and why it’s popular
Your first Python Program
Variables & Data Types
Python Installation (if needed)

Class 2:
Strings & Input

Class 3:
Numbers & Math

Class4:
Lists & Tuples

Class 5:
Loops

• `for` loops with `range()`
• `while` loops
• Breaking and continuing loops

Class 6:
Conditionals

• `if`, `elif`, `else`
• Comparison operators (`>`, `<`, `==`, `!=`)
• Logical operators (`and`, `or`, `not`)

Class 7:
Functions

• Defining functions
• Parameters & return values
• Scope (local/global variables)

Each class lasts about 1 hour.(For students who miss or not able to attend the nightly classes, there are courtesy classes on the second day morning.)
This is a paid course, affordable though, @ $5 for each class. Once you RSVPed, a meetup message will be sent to you with the payment details: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle are all acceptable.

And once you finished payment, the zoom link for the class with a password will be sent 30mins before the class(to prevent the zoom bombing).
