Elegant Ladies with Hats

This event is for the ladies that like to dress up and wear hats and have fun. So get out that marvelous outfit with your favorite hat and show it off. We will meet monthly at a coffee shop or restaurant in the El Paso area. The first meeting will be a brunch and will be at the Cafe Rose the Pink Cafe located at 307 E. Franklin Ave, El Paso.
