Details

This is a practice of breathwork that involves meditation, sound, movement, and self-touch to release tension that corresponds to stuck emotions in the body.

This is the first time I will be hosting this event at this location, so it will be FREE! Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and water. Also tissue as you may shed some tears (which is totally normal, acceptable, and expected). Please allow some time to find parking. We sill start on time.

This event is in a co-ed space so it is not women only. Feel free to bring a partner or friend and just please reflect it on your RSVP. Thank you!
