Self-Love Embodiment Day Retreat

Experience self-love embodiment practices such as,

• self-love visualizarion
• breathwork for trauma release
• journaling and sharing circle
• affirmations to combat limiting beliefs
• cold plunge
• sound bath
• closing fire ceremony
• PLUS 30 day integration group

Participants will learn how to practice these rituals alone on an ongoing basis. After the retreat we will also offer a follow up with a 30 day accountability group to incorporate at least one of the practices we teach. That’s included in the cost.

The goal is to connect with yourself and have a group of people that you can relate and connect with in the journey of growing your love and appreciation for yourself.
