About the Event

FREE just turn up after RSVP

Whether you've already gone through it, are currently struggling or even if you've experienced your first hot flush and want to be prepared for what's to come, we'd love to be able to support you at our very first menopause cafe event. This event is completely FREE we just ask that you RSVP if you are coming.
This event will entail an open and honest conversation amongst women who can relate to each other and offer support and advice, lead by our host, Jackie. As well as this, the coffee shop will be open for the duration and you will be provided with waitress service an array of delicious hot drinks, hot food and cakes will be available.
When attending this event, head into our coffee shop and the long table on the left as you arrive is reserved for this event.
