Compared with Valley View Park: RecPlex is also in West Des Moines, but farther east/southeast along Grand Avenue. Valley View Park is around 88th Street, while RecPlex is at 6500 Grand Ave.

### 💲 Fee

The session fee is $5 per person for the 2-hour session.

### Important Arrival Information

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
When you arrive at RecPlex, you will need to:

  • Check in at the front counter
  • Pay the $5 open play fee directly to RecPlex
  • Then walk to the pickleball courts

The courts are located quite a distance from the entrance, and the walk through the long hallway can take about 6 minutes, so please allow enough time.
For a 3:00 PM start, I recommend being at the front counter by 2:45 PM at the latest so everyone has time to check in, pay, walk to the courts, and be ready to play at 3:00.
You do not have to stay for the full 2 hours.
