Saturday Morning “Coffee and Art” Meetup @ The Original Farmers Market(Fairfax)

Hello everyone,

Thank you for joining this group. We will meet on Saturday morning (6/7) from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The location is Pampas Grill inside the Farmers Market in Fairfax/La Brea, which has open-air seating. There are many food options available, so you can choose your own meal. We will meet next to the Pampas Grill outdoor dining area at 9:30 a.m. There will be a cap on this meetup; therefore, RSVP early to reserve your spot. Please don't RSVP for this meetup if you're not sure you can make it. The waitlist will be available, but the space is not guaranteed until someone cancels. Also, if a member has a pattern of no-shows after RSVPing, the member may be placed on the waitlist.

For Parking, there is a parking fee, so plan ahead if you want to stay longer.

PARKING AT FARMER'S MARKET
Parking rates are enforced 24 hours a day. 90 minutes free validation with purchase from a Farmers Market merchant OR 2 hours free with validation from select grocers. $3 for the first 15 minutes after a 90-minute validation period. There is street parking near a residential area.

For this meeting theme, we will draw or paint a portrait. You can use any medium you want, such as graphite, paint, or digital. Bring your drawing or painting materials and let's have fun! Hope to see you there. Message me if you have any questions.

Agenda

9:30 am - Arrive at Pampas Grill inside Farmers Market.

9:35 am - Get coffee. Draw portraits from online references or people at your table.

10:45 am—Re-park after 90 minutes and show validation. If you're watching a movie, you can park your vehicle inside the Grove parking lot for validation.

11:00 am - Eat lunch with the group.

Noon—Depart, or you can hang out more with a smaller group. Watch the new Mission: Impossible matinee at The Grove theaters.
