This trail provides a challenging run. Mt. Falcon is just south of Red Rocks Amphitheater.

2,000-foot elevation gain
Directions from Denver:
From 470, Take the Morrison Rd exit going west
Immediately after passing through the tiny town of Morrison, go left (south) on Hwy 8
Go up the hill about 1 mile, then turn west on Forest Ave
Then north on Vine Ave
Vine Ave dead ends into a large parking lot.
The trail head is at the west end of the parking lot
Directions from Boulder:
Take CO-93 South/Broadway
Use the right 2 lanes to take the CO-470 E ramp to Colorado Springs/I-70 W
Take exit 4 for CO-8/Morrison Rd
Slight right onto CO-8/Morrison Rd ramp
Merge onto CO-8 W/Bear Creek Ave/W Morrison Rd
Turn left onto CO-8 W
Turn right onto Forest Ave
Turn right onto Vine St
Vine Ave dead ends into a large parking lot
The trail head is at the west end of the parking lot
