Have you heard of a sound bath but aren't sure what it is? Think of it as a massage for your nervous system. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, you enter a meditative state, release physical tension, and quiet the noise of daily life. The intention is to create a peaceful, healing space. The vibrations are designed to help release stagnant energy and find a deeper state of balance. All you have to do is lie back, get comfortable, and listen. No experience is necessary.

The 45-60 minute session will begin with a brief, guided meditation to focus your breath and set an intention. This meditative experience is intended to invite deep rest, relaxation, and self-inquiry. At the end, you will be gently guided back to the present moment, feeling renewed and rejuvenated.

Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks provided. Feel free to bring your own, if you prefer. We also have one recliner and one anti-gravity chair available (reserve chairs in advance). We will start the sound bath at 3:40 pm. Doors will be closed at that time.
