The first session would be a brainstorm and collective drawing activity on building queer community and home and the barriers that exist.

Who's this for? All ages, particularly queer folks, people experiencing housing instability, migrants, etc.

Maya Bhardwaj (she/they) is a queer South Asian diasporic community organiser, musician, artist and facilitator. Their work centres on building the power of communities pushed to the margins through social movements and cultural activism. Maya also works as a trainer and strategic consultant, and conducts research on activist burnout at SOAS – University of London.​
