What we’re about
I host Gong Baths every Tuesday & Friday 8-9.30 pm in São Pedro do Estoril.
We begin with a 15 minute guided meditation to the sound of crystal singing bowls. I play Paiste Gongs for 45 mins and the vibrations of the Gongs help you to relax & unwind. They cleanse the body, balance your emotions & soothe your mind. Cost is 15 euros and places are limited to 10. Please contact me to reserve your place.
