This is a 60min class for Beginners of Kundalini Yoga:
1. Pranayama - the breath
2. Asana - the movement
3. Meditation - a guided meditation to help you begin to grasp these concepts
4. Savasana - The rest period when I play the gongs and you allow your energy to consolidate

There is always time to chant over a cup of tea after class if you have questions about the practice.
