This workshop is an invitation to show up fully, to listen, accept, and build together. By embracing “yes, and” wholeheartedly, we’ll soften the ego and connect with our scene partners, then create scenes that feel effortless and alive.

----- What is Improv Lab ------
At FIG, everyone is encouraged to explore new ideas and concepts — that’s exactly what the Improv Lab is for! It’s a fun, exploratory space led by a rotating lineup of facilitators from our community. Regardless of experience level, each instructor brings their unique style and perspective to the session. Participants are invited to try out brand-new exercises, work-in-progress formats, and more. It’s a supportive environment where we help each other grow — both as improvisers and as instructors.

Welcome to FIG's annual Summer Improv Picnic! The potluck style.

Let's celebrate the upcoming summer with improv and new friends. It will be at the backyard of our regular location, Folkuniversitetet, and there will be old and new friends, games, scenes, snacks, chitchat and laughters.

FREE event. All experience levels are welcomed, and it will be in English. If you never tried improv before, feel free to join in too, you can just sit back and relax.

Bring an improv game (you'll lead that game for all of us! :))
