Everyone can play, you just need to allow yourself to play.
In this 2-hour improv workshop, we'll play games to explore connections, take risks in playfulness, and to surprise ourselves with possibilities.

----- What is Improv Lab ------
At FIG, everyone is encouraged to explore new ideas and concepts — that’s exactly what the Improv Lab is for! It’s a fun, exploratory space led by a rotating lineup of facilitators from our community. Regardless of experience level, each instructor brings their unique style and perspective to the session. Participants are invited to try out brand-new exercises, work-in-progress formats, and more. It’s a supportive environment where we help each other grow — both as improvisers and as instructors.

You’re expected to contribute anything between 50kr and 200kr to help us cover the venue rental.
