✨ Our next Full Moon Gong Baths will be in Taurus ♉️, and take place together on Wed 5 November at Solstice Studio, 25€ and online, 15€ at 6–7:30pm or 8–9:30pm, ✨

This Taurus Full Moon calls us to stop, to be still, to steady ourselves, to release what’s been heavy and importantly to align our energy into strength, clarity, and calmness.

Through the grounding power of my gongs and crystal bowls we’ll clear stagnant energy, rebalance the nervous system, and create space for new insight and direction.

I love Full Moons and this one will really help us settle our busy minds, release any built-up tension, and restore balance through deep rest from the sound vibrations.
