Introspective Breathwork® Therapy is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of your own breath. Together, we’ll explore a conscious breathing practice that gently supports the release of tension, clears stuck energy, and creates space for clarity, rest, and renewal.
You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are—tired, curious, overwhelmed, excited, hopeful. There’s no right way to breathe here, just your way. Most people choose to lie down, but you’re encouraged to find the position that feels most supportive for your body that day.
To create your own little breathing cocoon, I recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, along with anything else that brings comfort—pillows, a blanket to cover up with, water to stay hydrated, and a journal and pen in case you feel called to write down what comes up.
This breathwork session offers a safe space to slow down and reconnect - with your breath, your body, your mind, and your spirit while you are held in a welcoming and supportive environment.
