Shibori Dyeing Workshop

REGISTRATION REQUIRED

On Sunday 29th of January the sustainable crafts duo Arte-Klatsch will be teaching us the basics on Shibori Dyeing, a traditional Japanese tie-dye technique and a form of dyeing that revolves around different ways of binding and folding fabric to create beautiful patterns.

During this workshop we will introduce you to the background of vegetable dyeing, the different folding techniques and how to make an organic dye bath. You will choose a folding pattern and bring home your very own, hand-dyed tote bag. We will also send you off with all instructions needed to continue exploring the indigo dyeing technique on your own.

And not to forget! We will also have healthy drinks & bites available for you to enjoy during this event!
