NO SHOW POLICY - READ THIS
It takes a lot of work and planning to set up our events, and many times the places are holding spaces for us. For this reason, we really need people to be serious about their RSVPs.
Members that RSVP "yes", then have 2 unexcused no-shows, will be banned from the group.
If you need to cancel your RSVP after the RSVP has closed, please contact the event organizer for that specific event, and let them know. If you do not, it will count as a no-show.
If you back out 4 times, after the RSVP period has closed, you will also be removed from the group.
If you cancel last minute (within 24 hours of the event) with no explanation to the organizer, you will be marked as a NO SHOW.
