Ladies, let’s start 2026 strong!

Join our Melanin Movement January 30 Days Steps Challenge and kick off the new year with consistency, accountability, and community. This challenge offers four levels, so every woman can participate at her pace:

  • Beginner: 5,000 steps/day
  • Intermediate: 10,000 steps/day
  • Advanced: 15,000 steps/day
  • Elite: 20,000 steps/day

How to participate:

  1. Join our GroupMe Steps Group for motivation and accountability. https://groupme.com/join_group/111848657/GumH9FGW
  2. Choose your starting level—but aim to move up one level before the challenge ends.
  3. Post your daily step total in the group.
  4. Take one rest day per week, and always listen to your body.
