Join us this summer for this beginner-friendly introduction to self-defense and martial arts--women only!! This course will teach practical, real-life techniques for self defense for women.
Here at Nashville MMA Training Camp, we are proud to announce that our 4-week women's self-defense course is coming your way!
This course starts June 3rd and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7 pm-8:30 pm all of June. Open to women 13 years and up.
