### A Practical, Interactive Workshop with Harrison Painter of LaunchReady AI

Thursday, October 22, 2026 | 9:15 AM–12:00 PM
Could you double revenue while working less?
AI is moving quickly, but the real opportunity isn't simply using more AI tools. It's learning where AI can actually improve the way work gets done.
Join CoWirk at The Pyramids for a practical, interactive workshop with Harrison Painter, Founder of LaunchReady AI and Fractional Chief AI Officer.
This session focuses on real business work: identifying repetitive tasks, improving decision-making, and finding opportunities to create more capacity for growth.

## What You'll Learn

During the workshop, you'll explore how to:

• Identify a recurring task, bottleneck, or process that takes too much time
• Determine where AI could realistically assist
• Turn business information into useful outputs and decisions
• Recognize unsupported or missing information in AI-generated work
• Understand where human review and approval remain essential
• Choose one practical AI application to test in your own work
• Leave with a specific next step you can put into action that week

The goal isn't to automate everything. It's to identify where AI can help people work more efficiently while keeping people responsible for the decisions that matter.

## Live Demonstration and Interactive Hot Seats

Harrison will demonstrate how AI can turn information such as meeting notes into a useful decision brief.
Two participants will also have the opportunity to work directly with Harrison on an actual recurring business task. Together, they'll explore how an AI-assisted workflow could work, what information it requires, what AI could handle, and where human judgment or approval should remain involved.
Participation in a hot seat is optional.

## Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for:

• Business owners and founders
• Consultants
• Managers and team leaders
• Marketing and operations professionals
• Remote and hybrid professionals
• Small and growing teams
• Anyone interested in making AI more useful in everyday work

No prior AI experience is required. The workshop is designed for participants with different levels of AI familiarity.

## What to Bring

Come prepared with one recurring task you'd like to improve. Examples include:

• Preparing proposals
• Summarizing research
• Turning meetings into action items
• Creating recurring reports
• Organizing team updates
• Preparing client communications
• Other repetitive work that takes more time than it should

A laptop is welcome but not required. Paper participation works, too.
Please do not bring private client, employee, or employer information that should not be shared with the group.
