Use this mid week stretch and movement class to kickstart energy for the midweek hump!

If you’re feeling lethargic and tired, stiff and sore or would just like something to motivate you in the morning, then this is the class for you.

We will go through some lovely flowing mindful Movement and incorporate some joint and ache releasing postures to set you up for a marvellous day and week (and life!) ahead.

At just £5 for the first class, its an affordable way to try yoga or deepen your practice!
